Continuing the partnership and building on what already worked
In June 2026, we continued our partnership with WSPACE, building directly on top of the SEO platform that was already in place rather than starting from scratch. That included supporting WSPACE through a full website revamp, making sure the existing SEO foundation carried over cleanly instead of getting lost in the rebuild. We also made sure the new site was not just built for how people search today, but structured for how AI tools read and cite a page, so WSPACE stays visible as more of that research shifts into AI answers. The results showed up fast: in a short amount of time, the numbers below started moving.
Why coworking searches are a bottom-funnel problem
Nobody searches for a coworking space out of idle curiosity. By the time someone types "private office Mid Valley" or asks an AI assistant to compare a few coworking options in Kuala Lumpur, they are close to booking. That makes the content problem specific: generic posts about the future of work do not move someone from searching to signing up. Content built around the exact questions a decision-close visitor is asking does.
What we did
We rebuilt WSPACE's content strategy around one idea: write for the person about to decide, not the person just browsing.
Bottom-funnel content, not top-of-funnel filler
We mapped and wrote content around the specific, practical questions people ask right before booking a coworking space or private office: pricing, location, amenities, what a day there actually looks like. Not generic thought leadership, the kind of page that answers the question someone already has open in another tab while they decide.
Structuring for AI citation, not just Google rankings
The same clarity that makes a page useful to someone comparing coworking spaces makes it useful to an AI tool summarising the options. We structured WSPACE's content so it could be read cleanly and cited directly by AI answer engines, the same discipline we cover in our guide to GEO.
Staying aligned with what actually converts
Content that ranks but does not convert is not a win. We tracked which pages were bringing in enquiries, not just traffic, and kept refining toward the questions that were actually closing.
The results
Growth showed up across the board, not just in one metric. Traffic climbed, search visibility climbed with it, and crucially, so did the quality of who was showing up. That last part matters more than any single percentage, and it is best explained by WSPACE directly.
